You do not need to prepare anything, unless you have specific products you would like us to use.   • We understand that plans may change, and we kindly ask for notice when adjustments are needed. To respect both your time and the schedules of our cleaners, we have a clear rescheduling and cancellation policy. Changes made with at least 48 hours’ notice will incur a $70 fee, while changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 fee. By booking with us you acknowledge and agree to this policy, which helps us provide reliable scheduling for all clients while supporting fair and consistent working conditions for our cleaning professionals here in San Diego, CA.
