You do not need to prepare anything, unless you have specific products you would like us to use. We are happy to accommodate special requests, but our team always arrives fully equipped so you can relax while we handle the work.

Your happiness is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, let us know within 48 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional cost. Our team will follow up twice for feedback if we do not hear from you right away. If no response is provided within 48 hours, we are unable to return for a recleaning as part of our policy. This ensures fairness for both our clients and our cleaning professionals while still giving you peace of mind that we stand behind our work.

We understand that plans may change, and we kindly ask for notice when adjustments are needed. To respect both your time and the schedules of our cleaners, we have a clear rescheduling and cancellation policy. Changes made with at least 48 hours’ notice will incur a $70 fee, while changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 fee.
